7B Summary Completion

1. Read the gapped summary to get the general idea, then SKIM the text to see if it’s a summary of the whole text or just one short section.

2. Identify the part of speech needed for each gap.

3. Look for keywords before and after the gap.

4. SCAN to text the key words or synonyms from the summary, then read the surrounding information in detail. 

5. Choose words FROM THE LIST to complete the summary so that it has the same meaning as the text and re-read it to check it makes sense.
